Jon has been working in the IT field since 1993.
He has certificates in UNIX and UNIX programing. Jon is a HRCT Service Technician and Helpdesk Technician. His pastimes of theater and crafting helps him focus and figure out how to fix issues and obstacles for HRCT clients.
Fun Fact: Jon enjoys theater (acting and directing). He also enjoys crafting (knitting and crocheting).
